I approach the therapeutic process through talking therapy and as a client, you will be at the centre of our sessions. I will actively listen to you without interruption and together, we will address your thoughts and feelings from your frame of reference.

Counselling isn't about finding a quick fix but a journey of self-discovery and acceptance. Often, it can be emotionally demanding work and there may be times when it feels challenging. However, when a strong therapeutic connection is in place, personal growth can be achieved, having a positive and lasting impact on your life.

It can be difficult to open up to someone new, but I will listen without judgement and avoid making assumptions. With the daily challenges of modern life, we all need help sometimes, and I'm here to offer you the support needed to navigate through these difficulties.
